Front-End Developer (Next.js/React) – Digital Startup Studio

For more than 15 years, we have been building, launching, and operating successful digital services in Europe: SaaS platforms, automated services, and high-performing funnels.

In mid-October 2025, we are opening our new Tech & Development hub in Business Bay (Dubai) to build a true digital factory, capable of producing and scaling dozens of projects every year under the startup studio model.

We only work on our own projects – no external clients – which means full agility, freedom to innovate, and 100% ownership of the value we create.

Your role

We are looking for a Front-End Developer (Next.js/React) to bring our designs to life and ensure our products deliver modern, fast, and SEO-friendly user experiences.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, high-quality interfaces with React/Next.js.
• Collaborate closely with our designer to translate Figma mockups into production-ready code.
• Ensure performance optimization (Core Web Vitals, Lighthouse scores, SEO-friendly development).
• Build and maintain reusable components and front-end libraries for efficiency and scalability.
• Work with our Lead Developer and back-end team to integrate APIs and ensure seamless user journeys.
• Contribute to analytics implementation (tracking, events, dashboards) for continuous performance improvement.

Profile we are looking for

• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
• Strong knowledge of React and Next.js (SSR/SSG, routing, API calls).
• Understanding of modern web performance and SEO principles.
• Experience with Figma or other design-to-code workflows.
• Familiarity with development best practices: GitHub, CI/CD, testing.
• Interest in new technologies (automation, AI integrations, API-first).
• Team player with a focus on collaboration and delivery speed.
• Professional English required (French is a plus).

Compensation package:

• Competitive salary (depending on experience).
