Full-Stack Developer – Digital Startup Studio

About us

For more than 15 years, we have been designing, launching, and operating successful digital services in Europe: SaaS platforms, automated online services, and high-performance funnels.

In mid-October 2025, we are opening our new Tech & Development hub in Business Bay (Dubai) to build a true digital factory, capable of producing and scaling dozens of projects every year under the startup studio model.

We work exclusively on our own projects – no external clients – which gives us full agility and ownership of the value we create.

Your role

We are looking for a versatile Full-Stack Developer who can contribute across the stack to accelerate the launch and industrialization of our products.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain applications using React/Next.js (front-end) and Node.js/NestJS (back-end).
• Build and integrate APIs and databases (PostgreSQL/Prisma) and connect with external services (payments, automations, AI APIs).
• Work with our designer to ensure modern, user-friendly, and high-performance interfaces.
• Implement and optimize data tracking and analytics pipelines to measure and improve product performance.
• Collaborate closely with our Senior Lead Developer to ensure quality, scalability, and robust technical foundations.
• Contribute actively to the speed of execution of the studio, working on a variety of projects (funnels, SaaS, automated services).

Profile we are looking for

• 3–5 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong skills in React/Next.js (front-end) and Node.js/NestJS (back-end).
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL/Prisma or similar ORM.
• Awareness of performance and SEO challenges (SSR, Core Web Vitals).
• Familiarity with modern development practices: GitHub, CI/CD, automated testing.
• Curiosity about new technologies (AI, OpenAI, automation, API-first).
• Versatile, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Professional English required (French is a plus).
