Front End Developer - Twilio and Call Center System Expertise

We are building a next-generation SaaS platform that powers both admin and client-facing applications for virtual office services—covering live call answering, virtual mail, phone systems, and client support tools. Our mission is to provide entrepreneurs and small businesses with scalable technology to operate efficiently and professionally.

We’re looking for a Front-End Developer (React.js) with expertise in Twilio APIs and call center technologies to join our development team.

Role Overview

As a Front-End Developer, you will take ownership of building and optimizing the user-facing features of our SaaS platform. You’ll work extensively with React.js to deliver responsive, high-performing dashboards and operator tools.

A major focus of your work will involve integrating Twilio APIs (Programmable Voice, TaskRouter, SIP, Flex) to power features such as live call answering, call routing, scripts for operators, and analytics dashboards. You’ll collaborate closely with our back-end engineers (Python) to connect APIs and microservices, ensuring seamless functionality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain front-end features using React.js for both client and admin portals.
  • Build real-time operator dashboards for live call answering, call routing, and dynamic call scripts.
  • Implement Twilio API integrations (Voice, TaskRouter, SIP, SMS, Flex) on the front end.
  • Ensure responsive UI/UX across desktop and mobile.
  • Collaborate with back-end engineers (Python) to integrate APIs and data models.
  • Optimize performance for real-time communication tools (WebRTC, WebSockets, Twilio SDKs).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to call handling, notifications, and dashboards.
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of front-end architecture.

Qualifications

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Front-End Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3.
  • Hands-on experience with Twilio APIs (Programmable Voice, TaskRouter, SIP, Flex).
  • Knowledge of real-time communication (WebRTC, WebSockets).
  • Experience designing and implementing responsive UIs with strong UX focus.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON integration.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with back-end developers (Python).

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience customizing Twilio Flex.
  • Knowledge of call center operations (ACD, IVR, queues).
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Familiarity with backend frameworks (Python/Flask/Django) is a plus.
  • Previous work on B2B SaaS products.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs350,000.00 per month
