About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Developer (Vue.js only) to drive the creation of modern, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will take ownership of designing, building, and optimizing front-end interfaces with cutting-edge JavaScript frameworks. You will work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and product managers to deliver smooth, engaging user experiences. As a senior team member, you will set best practices, guide junior developers, and uphold high standards of performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Front-End Development Architect, develop, and optimize front-end solutions from concept to deployment.
• Component-Based Development Strong background in component-based development with a focus on reusable UI components. Experience with Vue.js is highly preferred. Familiarity with React, Next.js, Nuxt.js, and Alpine.js is a plus.
• UI/UX Implementation Convert Figma designs or plain wireframes into pixel-perfect, high-performance front-end experiences for SAAS projects, marketplaces, and websites.
• State Management Implement efficient state management strategies using tools like Redux, Vuex, or Zustand.
• Performance & Optimization Optimize websites for speed and scalability, ensuring smooth performance for data-intensive applications.
• SEO & Server-Side Rendering (SSR) Implement SSR and SEO best practices using frameworks like Nuxt.js and Next.js.
• Front-End Tooling & Debugging Utilize browser dev tools, inspect elements, and debug JavaScript errors to improve application performance.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility Ensure seamless UI consistency across multiple browsers and devices.
• Testing & Quality Assurance Write unit and integration tests using Jest, Cypress, and other testing tools.
• Version Control & CI/CD Maintain clean Git workflows, participate in code reviews, and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaboration & Mentorship Work closely with designers, back-end engineers, and other stakeholders while mentoring junior developers.

Required Qualifications

• Strong JavaScript & TypeScript Skills Deep understanding of ES6+, JavaScript fundamentals, and complex logic handling.
• Framework Expertise Proven experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, React, Next.js, and Alpine.js.
• HTML, CSS, and UI Frameworks Proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS, TailwindCSS, and UI frameworks like ShadCN and similar libraries.
• Bundling & Performance Expertise in Webpack, Vite, and other build tools, optimizing web applications for performance and fast rendering.
• DOM & Browser Understanding In-depth knowledge of DOM manipulation, rendering processes, and how web pages load behind the scenes.
• State Management & API Handling Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, and state management libraries.
• Design Systems & CSS Management Strong grasp of CSS variables, design systems, and creating scalable, maintainable styles.
