Front End Web Developer

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Developer to join our creative and fast-growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, UI implementation, responsive layouts, and pixel-perfect design execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain responsive and high-performance web interfaces
• Convert Figma/PSD/UI designs into clean, optimized, and pixel-perfect frontend code
• Implement reusable UI components using React.js or Next.js.
• Ensure strong cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness
• Optimize frontend performance including loading speed, asset management, and accessibility
• Integrate APIs and collaborate closely with backend developers
• Troubleshoot UI bugs and provide ongoing updates or improvements
• Work with designers to maintain consistency in design system and UI UX

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux Toolkit, or similar libraries
• Proficiency with responsive design, Flexbox, Grid, and modern CSS tools
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS
• Understanding of API integration and state management
• Ability to optimize UI for speed, SEO basics, and accessibility
• Experience with Git GitHub and collaborative workflows
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently

Preferred (Bonus) Skills

• Experience with Next.js or other meta-frameworks
• Familiarity with TypeScript
• Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Canva, or Adobe XD
• Basic understanding of backend concepts (REST APIs, JSON)
• Experience working with design systems or component libraries

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
