Customer Service & Remittance Handling
- Greet and assist customers in sending and receiving remittances via MoneyGram, Ria, and other platforms.
- Ensure accurate entry of sender/receiver information in the system.
- Verify customer identification and compliance documents as per AML/KYC requirements.
2. Transaction Processing
- Handle cash accurately and ensure proper reconciliation at the end of each shift.
- Generate receipts and provide confirmation to customers for each transaction.
- Maintain proper logs and system entries of all remittance transactions.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure compliance with SBP, AML/CFT, and internal operational policies.
- Report any suspicious transactions or behaviors to the Compliance Officer or Branch Manager.
- Keep updated knowledge of regulations related to MoneyGram and Ria.
4. Record Keeping & Reporting
- Maintain organized records of all processed remittance transactions.
- Assist in daily cash reporting and system backups.
- Cooperate during internal audits and compliance inspections.
5. Team Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth branch operations.
- Assist in other counter or customer service duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and secure work environment.

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
