Front Line Sales Manager / Relationship Manager

As a Front Line Sales Manager / Relationship Manager, you will focus on building and managing customer portfolios for life insurance sales; however, experience in other insurance sales will also be considered. The role demands local market knowledge and a strong customer service orientation.

Requirements:

• Graduate(Only Male) with 1–4 years of sales experience (insurance preferred).
• Excellent local communication and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Two-wheeler mandatory.
• Local market knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify prospective customers through market visits and references.
• Present product features and benefits effectively.
• Achieve monthly sales and renewal targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale service.
• Generate leads via cold calls and local networking.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹54,000.00 per month
