Front of House Cashier (F&B Industry)

Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Front of House Cashier to join our F&B team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring a smooth ordering experience for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the cashier counter
• Promote menu items, meals, and ongoing offers through suggestive selling
• Ensure correct order entry into the POS system
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when required
• Support dining area operations when needed
• Follow company service standards and hygiene procedures

Requirements:

• High school certificate or equivalent
• Previous cashier or customer service experience in F&B preferred
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Basic knowledge of POS systems
• Strong customer service attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts
• Neat appearance and professional behavior
