Job Summary

The Front of House Manager is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every guest. This role leads and organizes FOH team members—including phone staff, waitresses, and bartenders—while maintaining efficient scheduling, smooth daily service, and a welcoming restaurant atmosphere. The FOH Manager plays a key role in creating memorable customer experiences and fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment.
