Front of House Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front of house area, including the dining room, bar, and host/host station
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Train and supervise front of house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses
- Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and efficient service
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies, such as menus, napkins, and condiments
- Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency

Requirements:

- Must have bartending experience
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the food service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in team management and able to motivate and inspire staff members
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and training front of house employees
