Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Your energy and attention to detail will help create memorable dining experiences, whether in a family friendly dining setting, catering event, or casual food service environment. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems and relay them efficiently to kitchen and bar staff
• Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, dietary needs, and special requests with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including setting tables, refilling supplies, and assisting with catering or banquet setups
• Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service during busy periods and special events

Experience

• Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred
• Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
• Knowledge of food handling procedures, dietary accommodations, and food safety regulations is essential
• Bar experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced hospitality settings
• Hospitality or restaurant experience that showcases your ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences

Pay: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
