Front of House Staff

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
• Must be able to work weekends, this includes Sundays.
• No nights, we close at 3:00pm.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are strictly followed to uphold hygiene standards.
• Must have a current food handlers permit.
• Assist in food preparation tasks as required, supporting the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Clear tables promptly, manage guest requests with professionalism, and handle billing accurately.
• Support catering and banquet events by setting up, serving, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a server is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Background in hospitality or restaurant environments enhances your ability to excel in this role.
