We are looking for full and part time Bartenders/Servers as we keep into the summer season. Cash and credit card tips are payed out nightly.

Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a welcoming environment
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, providing detailed descriptions and recommendations when needed
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and food safety
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and setup for service or special events such as banquets or catering functions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table clearing and resetting for new guests
• Support dietary accommodations by understanding menu options and communicating special requests to kitchen staff

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining settings or similar food service environments
• Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills
• Experience serving food and beverages in restaurants or catering events
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
• Previous banquet or catering experience is highly desirable
• Barista experience or familiarity with coffee service is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward guest interactions
• Food industry knowledge including dietary considerations and special requests
