We are looking for energetic, friendly, and detail-oriented Retail Team Members to join our Front of House team.

Role Overview

As a Retail Team Member, you are the face of Paris Baguette. You will be responsible for creating a world-class guest experience by providing exceptional service, maintaining a beautiful and clean sales floor, and sharing your passion for our products. Whether you are prepping a signature latte or helping a guest choose the perfect birthday cake, your goal is to make every visit special.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Excellence: Greet every guest with a warm smile and provide fast, friendly service. Assist guests with product selections and answer questions about ingredients and allergens.
• Product Presentation: Maintain the "wow factor" of our pastry cases. Refill trays, organize bread displays, and ensure all labels and pricing are accurate and visible.
• Barista & Beverage Service: Prepare handcrafted coffee, tea, and seasonal beverages according to Paris Baguette standards.
• Transaction Handling: Efficiently operate the POS (Point of Sale) system, handle cash and credit transactions, and process gift cards or loyalty rewards.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the dining area, condiment station, and counter space spotless. Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with bakers and kitchen staff to ensure product availability and communicate guest feedback.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in retail, food service, or hospitality is a plus, but we are happy to train anyone with a great attitude!
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a "guest-first" mindset.
• Pace: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle "rush hours" with grace.
• Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a flexible schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
• Physical Ability: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.65 per hour
