Front of House Staff and Bartenders

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will create memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service.
• Manage the seating arrangements and ensure efficient flow of guests.
• Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing.
• Assist with bartending duties, including preparing drinks and serving beverages.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables and bar stations.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Support banquet operations as needed, assisting with setup and breakdown.

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for cash handling.
• Experience in bartending or food industry roles is advantageous but not required.
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure are essential.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
