Sister to the Michelin-starred Localis, we share the same fervor for memorable hospitality experiences, wine pairings, and local ingredients, but our expression of these things are in a more casual setting.

Overview

As a FOH team member, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional and personable hospitality experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment. Roles are not sectioned so being able to multi-task with a sense of urgency is essential. You don't have to be a coffee, tea or wine expert when joining but a strong, self-motivated desire to learn is a must. Above all, we are here to have fun! Hospitality is one of our greatest joys here and as much as we love executing a high-level of service, we also don't take ourselves too seriously.

Duties

• Delivery an exceptional and personable hospitality experience
• Take orders, bus tables, make drinks
• Keep clean and tidy work stations
• Be able to recommend coffee, wine and tea to a guest's preferences
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
• Support food safety protocols by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality is required
• Enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and retail transactions
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and food industry regulations is advantageous
• Passion for restaurant industry
