Front of House Team Member

Mano Bella is a locally owned artisan food company that specializes in making fresh pastas and other Italian goods from scratch. . Our Chef and owner Rafaelle, is from Rome, Italy and takes great pride in producing food that is authentic to where he grew up. Our new location in South Park features a small market to sell many of our scratch made goods, and a casual restaurant setting.

Our Front of house employees welcome and greet our guests, assist in taking and preparing guests’ orders, and ensure an overall pleasant dining experience. Our front of house employees will also assist patrons shopping in our market section that will include freshly made pastas, sauces, wine, and other Italian goods. We are looking for friendly, energetic people who will enjoy providing our patrons with the highest level of hospitality. If you are not familiar with Italian cuisine then don’t worry, we will teach you everything else you need to know to be successful!

• Available to work between 30-40 hours a week.
• Available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Can clearly read and write English - Spanish, bilingual is a bonus!
• Ability and willingness to lift or move 20-40 lbs.

Our Back of house daily expectations and duties will be:

• Precisely and consistently following Mano Bella recipes
• Reading a prep sheet
• Ability and willingness to work multiple stations (prep and line stations)
• Keeping the walk-in refrigerator clean and organized
• Using all equipment properly and safely
• Following storage and rotation procedures
• Following proper sanitation guidelines

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $800.00 - $900.00 per week
