Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reception / Front of House Team Member to be the welcoming face of our trampoline park. This role is all about first impressions—greeting guests with energy, managing bookings and check-ins, and ensuring every visitor starts (and ends) their experience on a high note.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests and provide a warm, positive first impression
  • Manage check-ins, waivers, bookings, and payments
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries
  • Assist with party bookings, group visits, and retail sales
  • Handle customer questions, feedback, and basic issue resolution
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with floor and management teams

Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
  • Comfortable handling cash, card payments, and booking systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Confident, professional, and friendly manner
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer-service mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and POS system skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
