Job Overview
We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Reception / Front of House Team Member to be the welcoming face of our trampoline park. This role is all about first impressions—greeting guests with energy, managing bookings and check-ins, and ensuring every visitor starts (and ends) their experience on a high note.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a warm, positive first impression
- Manage check-ins, waivers, bookings, and payments
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person enquiries
- Assist with party bookings, group visits, and retail sales
- Handle customer questions, feedback, and basic issue resolution
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
- Communicate effectively with floor and management teams
Job Requirements
- Previous customer service or reception experience preferred
- Comfortable handling cash, card payments, and booking systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Confident, professional, and friendly manner
- High school diploma or equivalent
