Job Description:

Restaurant Hostess

Role Objective: To serve as the professional face of the restaurant, ensuring a warm welcome and efficient guest flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting & Seating: Provide a warm, immediate welcome and escort guests to their tables.
  • Reservation Management: Handle bookings via phone or digital systems and confirm arrivals.
  • Flow Control: Manage the seating rotation to ensure a balanced workload for the service staff.
  • Waitlist Management: Professionally manage walk-ins and provide accurate wait times during peak hours.
  • Menu Maintenance: Ensure all menus are clean, organized, and ready for guests.
  • Guest Farewell: Bid guests a warm goodbye and ensure they had a positive experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Professional appearance and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
