Duties

• Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
• Take customer orders accurately using Toast POS
• Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning work areas, and adhering to food safety protocols
• Support food industry best practices by ensuring proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Familiarity with POS systems
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order processing
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand, walk, and move quickly for extended periods during shifts
• Must be 18+ to serve beer
