Jilli SF is the hottest new spot in town—recently named "BEST BARS IN SF 2025" by SF STANDARD, and we're looking for a full time server who will help to push the boundaries of this business further in 2026 through creativity and love for hospitality.

THE ROLE: Server / Bartender / Host (All-in-One)
We’re looking for a FULL TIME dynamic, experienced service pro who can wear all the hats—bartend, serve, host—and do it with personality, confidence, and charm. You’ll be on the front lines of creating a standout guest experience and helping build the culture of the space.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own the floor—bartending, serving, and hosting as needed
• Deliver warm, high-energy service with style
• Educate guests on our Korean small plates + makgeolli program
• Support teammates and help shape the vibe

WHO YOU ARE:

• Experienced with front-of-house roles, including bartending
• Comfortable using Resy (or quick to learn)
• Naturally social, adaptable, and fun to be around
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-energy environments
• Passionate about food, drinks, and making people feel good. GOOD PEOPLE CREATE GOOD VIBEZZ

DETAILS:

• Location: Jilli SF (94103)
• Type: full- time (30- 40 hours/week)
• Tip range: ~190 -240 per shift per person ( ~5 hours)
• Must be able to commute to San Francisco (1503 15th St)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.18 - $20.00 per hour
