Business Hours:

-monday closed
- Tuesday to Saturday: 11am to 8:30pm
- Sunday: 2pm to 8pm

Responsibilities:
- Exhibit enthusiasm and expertise in Brokogi's menu offerings
- Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and guidelines
- Ensure all food preparation meets the highest quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area or dining area
- Assist in the receiving and proper storage of food deliveries
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production
- Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation regulations

Skills:
- Experience in fine dining or culinary environment
- Proficiency in knife skills and food preparation techniques
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations
- Familiarity with menu planning and execution
- Commitment to upholding food safety standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is highly desirable
• Need to work on every other weekend
• Knowledge of dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus
• Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Experience working in restaurant or catering environments demonstrating excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work efficiently under pressure
• A positive attitude with a passion for culinary arts and serving others
