The Award Winning Valley Bistro Restaurant is looking to hire FOH team member!

Team members ensure that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience with exceptional customer service

Accurately taking guests orders, serving the meals and drinks and clearing tables; while seeing to the guests in a friendly happy manner. Prepare and serve coffee & espresso drinks. Following and maintaining the following: our reputation and our high standards for performance; quality standards; health and safety of The Valley Bistro. Must respect and work with supervisors/management in completing daily tasks, and promoting company’s culture, mission, and philosophy.

Qualifications:

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills, performing work accurately and efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a working in environment with time constraints.

Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with comfort in working on computers, talking and using a POS system.

High standards of customer service.

Common sense and a superb work ethic.

Problem-solving skills.

Friendly and happy.

High energy level and a high stress tolerance.

Flexibility.

Environmental and Physical Demands:

Required to be on your feet, walking, standing, bending, stooping, squatting, and kneeling throughout a shift (100% of time).

Required to lift up to 25lbs.

Note: Sanitation training will be provided.
