Front of House Team Member / Lead Host

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Front of House Team Member to join our team. As the first smile to greet the guests, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your ability to engage with customers, manage time effectively, and work collaboratively with other team members will be key to your success in this role.

Current set schedule is Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 4-9pm and Saturday / Sunday 10am-7pm. Off Monday / Tuesday. Availability to fill all listed shifts in this 33 hour set weekly schedule is critical.

Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
• Seat the guests for the best guest experience.
• Sanitize tables, utensils, and service areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with health regulations.
• Manage general front of house cleanliness.
• Bus tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area for guests.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, answering questions about menu items and making recommendations based on preferences.
• Assist delivery drivers when picking up orders to ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
• 21+ years old.

Pay: $23.00 - $26.50 per hour
