Position Overview:
We are hiring Front of House Team Members to work across multiple shifts (morning, lunch, dinner, and weekends). This role combines cashier responsibilities and guest service, and is critical to creating a welcoming, efficient, and memorable experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude and provide excellent customer service
• Take accurate orders using the POS system and handle cash/card transactions
• Answer menu questions and make recommendations to guests
• Ensure orders are prepared and delivered accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter, dining area, and beverage stations
• Restock supplies (cups, lids, condiments, etc.) as needed
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience preferred (not required)
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
• Availability for flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends
