We are looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused team members to join our team as FOH and/or BOH. In this versatile role, you may work in the front of house, kitchen, or both, depending on staffing needs and your training.

Front-of-house responsibilities include greeting customers, taking accurate orders, preparing and serving drinks, and creating a welcoming guest experience. Kitchen responsibilities include preparing tea, toppings, and other ingredients while maintaining cleanliness, organization, food safety, and product quality.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with others, and takes pride in providing excellent service and consistently high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service
• Take accurate orders and clearly communicate customer requests
• Prepare beverages according to company recipes and quality standards
• Serve drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy, presentation, and customer satisfaction
• Prepare teas, toppings, and ingredients according to established procedures
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter, drink station, kitchen, and lobby
• Restock cups, lids, straws, ingredients, and other supplies as needed
• Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and preparation tasks
• Work cooperatively with team members to keep operations running smoothly
• Follow all company policies, recipes, safety procedures, and management instructions
• Assist with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous food service, beverage preparation, cashier, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to learn recipes, procedures, and food safety standards
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Willingness to clean, restock, prepare ingredients, and support all areas of the store
• Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback
• Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one, if required
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry supplies
• Ability to safely lift up to 25–40 pounds
• Ability to work around hot liquids, kitchen equipment, and refrigerated areas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hour
