In this versatile role, you may work in the front of house, kitchen, or both, depending on staffing needs and your training.Front-of-house responsibilities include greeting customers, taking accurate orders, preparing and serving drinks, and creating a welcoming guest experience. Kitchen responsibilities include preparing tea, toppings, and other ingredients while maintaining cleanliness, organization, food safety, and product quality.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with others, and takes pride in providing excellent service and consistently high-quality products.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, attentive service</li><li>Take accurate orders and clearly communicate customer requests</li><li>Prepare beverages according to company recipes and quality standards</li><li>Serve drinks efficiently while ensuring accuracy, presentation, and customer satisfaction</li><li>Prepare teas, toppings, and ingredients according to established procedures</li><li>Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and hygiene practices</li><li>Maintain a clean and organized front counter, drink station, kitchen, and lobby</li><li>Restock cups, lids, straws, ingredients, and other supplies as needed</li><li>Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and preparation tasks</li><li>Work cooperatively with team members to keep operations running smoothly</li><li>Follow all company policies, recipes, safety procedures, and management instructions</li><li>Assist with additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications and Skills<ul><li>Previous food service, beverage preparation, cashier, or kitchen experience is preferred but not required</li><li>Strong customer service and communication skills</li><li>Ability to learn recipes, procedures, and food safety standards</li><li>Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy</li><li>Willingness to clean, restock, prepare ingredients, and support all areas of the store</li><li>Ability to follow instructions and accept feedback</li><li>Food Handler Card or willingness to obtain one, if required</li><li>Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is preferred</li></ul>Physical Requirements<ul><li>Ability to stand and move for extended periods</li><li>Ability to bend, reach, lift, and carry supplies</li><li>Ability to safely lift up to 25&ndash;40 pounds</li><li>Ability to work around hot liquids, kitchen equipment, and refrigerated areas.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $16.90 - $20.00 per hourWork Location: In person

You will also be cross trained as a bobabarista to help the storefront make drinks during busy periods.
