<Overview>
We are on the lookout for an energetic and personable Front of the House Manager to lead our hospitality team. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. <Responsibilities>

  • Manage the front-of-house team, including supervising staff, training new employees, and fostering a positive work environment.
  • Oversee guest service standards to ensure every visitor enjoys a memorable dining experience.
  • Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and manage wait times efficiently using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Maintain inventory control of front-of-house supplies and assist with food and beverage ordering as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations while supervising food handling and service procedures.
  • Oversee cash handling processes, including shift cash-outs and reconciliation.
  • Support kitchen operations during busy periods and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

<Qualifications>

  • Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant, casual dining, or fine dining setting.
  • Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries professionally.
  • Supervising experience in food service management or hospitality management is preferred.
  • Familiarity with food preparation, food safety standards, and inventory control practices.
  • Leadership skills with experience in staff training, development, and interviewing potential team members.

Pay: $56,509.33 - $68,054.24 per year
