Front of the House Staff (Lobby Server / Order Taker)

Job Summary:
Famous O's Pizza is looking for energetic and friendly Front of the House Staff to provide outstanding customer service. This role includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food, keeping the dining area clean, and ensuring a welcoming experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude
• Take orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages promptly with excellent customer service
• Answer questions about the menu and provide recommendations when needed
• Handle transactions and operate the cash register/POS system
• Keep the dining area, condiment stations, and restrooms clean and stocked
• Clear and reset tables quickly to accommodate new guests
• Assist in packaging takeout orders
• Work with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous customer service or restaurant experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment
• Comfortable handling cash and operating a POS system
• Team player with a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Intermediate, Experience in a pizza or fast-casual restaurant
• Knowledge of basic food safety practices
• Bilingual (Urdu & English) preferred for better customer interaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs35,000.00 per month
