Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front office – greeting visitors and handling incoming calls.
- Handle travel desk operations including flight, train, hotel and cab bookings.
- Coordinate with vendors and ensure timely bill processing through online platforms.
- Manage correspondence (emails, letters, courier, etc.) with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain office supplies, assets and ensure proper vendor follow-ups.
- Support administrative activities such as scheduling meetings, handling documentation and maintaining office records.
- Ensure reception and common areas are neat, professional and visitor-friendly.
- Assist HR/Admin in day-to-day operations as required.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 3–6 years of relevant experience in front office and administration.
- Hands on experience in Travel booking - Domestic and International.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills in English & Tamil
- Good organizational, multitasking and vendor management skills.
- Professional appearance and pleasant personality.
