Front Office Admin (Female)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a well-organized and professional Front Office Administrator to manage the reception area, handle administrative tasks, and provide support to the office staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
  • Handle courier, mail, and package distribution.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Support HR/Admin team with documentation and record-keeping.
  • Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with office security and access protocols.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration/Management (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist/Admin role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
