Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-organized and professional Front Office Administrator to manage the reception area, handle administrative tasks, and provide support to the office staff. The role requires excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
- Handle courier, mail, and package distribution.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Support HR/Admin team with documentation and record-keeping.
- Assist in organizing office events and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with office security and access protocols.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Administration/Management (preferred). 1–3 years of experience as a Front Office Executive/Receptionist/Admin role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Pleasant personality with a customer-service mindset.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
