Front Office Administrative Assistant – Corporate Headquarters

Overview
Kohan Retail Investment Group is seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our corporate headquarters. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and providing administrative assistance to our corporate and accounting teams. We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer-focused individual with advanced Excel skills and a proactive approach to office support.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Create, update, and analyze Excel spreadsheets, reports, and logs
  • Provide administrative support to corporate staff and mall management teams
  • Coordinate office supply orders, mail distribution, and courier services
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and polished reception area
  • Handle sensitive or confidential information with discretion

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential (formulas, data entry, formatting, and spreadsheet management)
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking ability
  • Prior front desk or administrative experience preferred
  • Certified Notary Public preferred but not required
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus
