Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information about the hotel, facilities, and local area.
  • Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a high level of grooming, professionalism, and guest service standards.
  • Follow IntercityHotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in Front Office or Customer Service is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills; knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
