Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
- Handle reservations, payments, and guest inquiries efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the hotel, facilities, and local area.
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a high level of grooming, professionalism, and guest service standards.
- Follow IntercityHotel policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Saudi National (mandatory).
- Previous experience in Front Office or Customer Service is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in shifts, under pressure, and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
