Job Description

Our new recruit(s) will be a member(s) of a Front Office team whose main objective is to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and perfect standards of customer service for one of the best luxury hospitality brands in Istanbul.

The focus is on excellent communication with our guests and within our team, a welcoming, well-groomed, professional and personal attitude and an obsession for ethics, detail and perfection.

The ideal candidate(s) will have seamless conversational skills, is able to express themselves clearly in both written and spoken English and Turkish, have familiarity with and the will to be a part of the luxury hotel industry. Training will be provided continuously.
