Front Office Assistant

  • Guest Service: Welcome guests, register them, and assign rooms while providing information regarding hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Check-in/Check-out: Efficiently process arrivals and departures, including verifying credit card data and handling payments.
  • Reservations & Admin: Manage, confirm, or amend bookings via phone or online systems. Perform administrative tasks such as filing, sorting mail, and scanning documents.
  • Communication: Answer and route telephone calls, handle complaints professionally, and coordinate with housekeeping regarding room cleaning status.
  • Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: BD150.000 - BD175.000 per month
