Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Jupiter, FL. The Front Office Assistant will manage appointment scheduling, answer phone calls with professional etiquette, perform clerical and administrative tasks, and provide general front-desk support. The position requires close collaboration with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a welcoming environment for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for clients
• Professional phone etiquette and exceptional communication skills
• Experience in appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Proficiency in clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office organization
• Experience providing administrative assistance and supporting office operations
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing and scheduling tools, is a plus
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Previous front office or customer service experience is a strong advantage
