Front Office Assistant

Position Overview

The Front Office Assistant supports daily front desk operations by assisting visitors, managing communications, and ensuring a professional office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and check-ins
  • Maintain a clean and organized front office area
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations
