Position Overview

The Front Office Assistant supports daily front desk operations by assisting visitors, managing communications, and ensuring a professional and organized office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Manage appointments, scheduling, and check-ins
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office area
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support office operations
