Core Duties
Welcome guests warmly, ensuring a smooth check-in and checkout process.
Manage guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide detailed information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Record and fulfill guest preferences to personalize their stay.
Resolve guest concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
Maintain accurate guest records and process payments securely.
Operate Opera Cloud PMS efficiently to handle reservations and room assignments.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for room readiness.
Manage cash, credit card transactions, and billing accurately.
Assist in night audit procedures when required.
Promote Accor loyalty programs and encourage guest enrollments.
 
Candidate Requirements
Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
1 2 years of front office or customer service experience, preferably in hotels.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Opera Cloud PMS or similar hotel management systems.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
