Front Office Associate

As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience while supporting the wider office team.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Greeting visitors and managing front desk enquiries
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails
  • Managing appointments, schedules, and office coordination
  • Handling administrative tasks, records, and office documents
  • Supporting daily office operations and internal teams
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and professional reception area
  • Assisting with mail, deliveries, and general office support

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Professional, positive, and organised attitude
  • Ability to multitask in a busy office environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using email and basic office software
  • Previous reception, administration, or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
