Front Office Coordinator

Naseeb Hospice is a growing hospice backed by 10+ years of healthcare experience. We are building a strong operational foundation and are seeking a reliable, Front Office Coordinator to manage daily office operations.

This role is responsible for keeping the office open, responsive, and organized during posted hours.

This is a front office/administrative role first. There may be future opportunities to grow into marketing, but that is not the primary function of this position.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming phone calls professionally

Maintain consistent office coverage during scheduled hours (non-negotiable)

Handle administrative tasks: filing, scanning, organizing documents

Assist with patient intake coordination and basic hospice workflow support

Communicate with staff, vendors, and general inquiries

Keep the office structured, organized, and running smoothly

Requirements

Prior front office, receptionist, or administrative experience required

Medical office, hospice, or home health experience strongly preferred

Strong phone presence and communication skills

High reliability and punctuality (this role depends on consistency)

Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Basic computer skills (email, document handling, scanning, etc.)

Additional Information

Expect lower workload initially as patient volume grows; must be comfortable with downtime

This role may evolve over time as the company expands

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
