Nashua Physical Therapy is seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming experience while supporting the administrative side of physical therapy care.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist patients with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Manage patient intake, scheduling, and phone communications
- Coordinate referrals, complete insurance verifications, and follow up on insurance authorizations in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate patient records using our practice management software
- Support a smooth and efficient front office workflow
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a busy environment
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
- Prior medical office or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
