Position Description/Summary:

WE CURRENTLY HAVE 1 POSITION in Grants Pass: The individual will perform a variety of support functions for our clinics, which include greeting patients’, scheduling, completing registration, telephone management, obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies, data entry, scanning/faxing/communicating with other medical offices, and other miscellaneous organizational/cleaning tasks. There will be collaborative interaction with our providers, therapists, management, and patients.

Qualifications:

• One year previous experience in similar role
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Attention to detail and proper data entry
• Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance benefits recommended but not required
• Professional demeanor and personality
