Front Office Coordinator- orthodontic office (with clinical support duties)

We are looking for an organized, personable, and detail oriented individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. Our friendly and growing orthodontic office is looking for a Front Office Coordinator to join our team! While your primary responsibilities will be front office- focused, we are looking for someone who is also comfortable assisting in the clinic with note-taking, chair turnover and records as needed.

Key responsibilities:

Front office duties

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, welcoming attitude
  • Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
  • Maintain an organized and clean front office environment

Clinical support

  • Assist chairside with note taking during patient visits
  • Help with chair turnover and maintaining cleanliness in clinical areas
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure smooth workflow
  • Intraoral scanning (no experience needed)
  • Photos
  • Sterilization

Qualifications

  • Prior dental/orthodontic office experience
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Friendly, team-oriented, and dependable
  • Willingness to help wherever needed and pitch in as a team player
  • X-ray certification is a plus, but not required
