Welcome visitors by greeting them in person or over the phone, answering or referring inquiries. Direct visitors by maintain employee and department directories. Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges. Maintain telecommunication system. Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintain continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Need to make on average 50 Customer Service & Survey calls to customers per day. Prepare necessary excel report for customer service & survey calls. Submission of Reports to HR on weekly basis. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Any other task as assigned or instructed by Management or HR Dept. Indian Female on visit visa preferred.
