We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Office Executive to manage our reception area and provide administrative support across the organization.
As the first point of contact for visitors and clients, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.

Maintain visitor logs and ensure office security protocols are followed.

Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.

Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).

Proven experience as a front office executive, receptionist, or similar role.
