Job Description – Front Office Executive (Multitasking)

Location: Delhi (Head Office)
Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years with a pleasing personality
Salary:2-3 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and well-presented Front Office Executive who can manage front desk operations efficiently while delivering a warm and welcoming experience for guests, clients, and employees. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Guest Management

  • Maintain a neat, organized, and well-stocked front desk area (forms, pens, documents, etc.).
  • Welcome and greet visitors professionally; guide them appropriately.
  • Handle queries, address complaints, and ensure smooth visitor movement.

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage all incoming calls—route them correctly or take messages as required.
  • Handle correspondence: receive and distribute letters, couriers, and packages.
  • Prepare outgoing mail, documents, and parcels as needed.

Administration & Office Support

  • Sort, check, and forward company emails.
  • Maintain updated files, records, and documentation.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when required.
  • Track office expenses and assist in basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Assist with travel bookings, scheduling, and other administrative tasks assigned.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist / Front Desk Officer.
  • Good knowledge of office equipment (fax, printer, scanners).
  • Strong understanding of office management and basic accounts/record keeping.
  • Proficiency in MS Office—especially Excel & Word.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
