Key Responsibilities • Representing the company in meetings, networking events, and client interactions. • Source, identify, and approach potential clients through business networks, LinkedIn, market directories, and direct outreach. • Initiate meetings, present service capabilities, and confidently communicate offering to potential partners and clients. • Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline, track follow-ups, and ensure a consistent flow of business opportunities. • Support in creating proposals, client-facing decks, business communication, and professional documentation. • Attend industry events and commercial gatherings in Dubai to connect with founders, managers, and decision-makers. • Suggest market entry angles, partnership opportunities, and lead generation strategies suitable for UAE business culture. • Behave as a commercial operator, not just a coordinator - driving action, not waiting for instructions.
Ideal Profile • 1–3 years experience in sales, business development, client onboarding, or B2B outreach roles. • Strong communication and presentation skills — able to speak confidently with business owners and executives. • Has market awareness of Dubai’s business environment and knows how to approach companies smartly. • Smart, well-presented, articulate, and carries professional confidence in meetings and networking scenarios. • Based in Dubai and ready to move fast.
