Job Summary
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and efficient Front Office Executive to manage our reception area, greet clients, handle calls, and support daily office operations. The ideal candidate must be professional, organised, and able to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients/visitors with a friendly attitude
- Manage phone calls, emails, and front desk communication
- Schedule & coordinate meetings, appointments, and interviews
- Maintain visitor records and handle enquiries
- Manage daily office activities and support administrative tasks
- Ensure the front office area is clean, organised, and presentable
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth workflow
- Handle couriers, incoming/outgoing documents, and customer queries
- Provide basic support to HR/Admin when needed
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, phone etiquette)
- Good organisational and multitasking ability
- Professional appearance and responsible behaviour
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain a positive attitude
- Quick learner and team player
