Front Office Executive (Female)

The Role
Job Summary: We are looking for a female Front Office Executive with prior clinic or healthcare front office/reception experience in the UAE. The candidate must have knowledge of medical insurance processes, coding, and billing. She will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a professional, welcoming, and efficient reception experience. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. • Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and follow-ups. • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries. • Process insurance claims, verify coverage, and manage approvals/rejections. • Ensure accurate coding and billing for patient services. • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth clinic operations. • Maintain patient records and confidentiality as per UAE healthcare standards. • Manage payments, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation. Requirements: • Female candidates only. • Minimum 2 years of front office or receptionist experience in a UAE clinic/hospital. • Knowledge of insurance procedures, coding, and billing is mandatory. • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus). • Proficient in MS Office and clinic management software. • Presentable, customer-focused, and organized. Compensation & Benefits: • Salary: AED 2,500 – 3,000 (depending on experience). • Other benefits as per UAE labor law.

Requirements
Candidate Profile – Front Office Executive (Female) Education: • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred in Administration, Healthcare, or related field). Experience: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a clinic or hospital front office/reception in the UAE. • Hands-on experience with medical insurance claims, approvals, and coding. Skills & Competencies: • Strong knowledge of medical insurance processes and coding. • Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software. • Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Arabic is a plus). • Patient handling, appointment scheduling, and customer service skills. • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a busy clinic environment. Personal Attributes: • Female, presentable, and professional demeanor. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Patient-focused, approachable, and reliable. Other Requirements: • Currently in UAE (preferred). • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and insurance practices.
